All purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. We offer these refunds on a no questions asked basis.
If your refund request is submitted within this 14-day period, the full amount paid for the applicable purchase will be refunded to your original payment method, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
